Business Email

Addresses at [email protected], beautiful HTML email templates, a private password-protected inbox dashboard, and secure file sharing with timed, lockable links.

Your domain, your address

Professional mail like [email protected] — not a free Gmail-looking address for client work.

Secret inbox dashboard

View received mail in a private web dashboard protected by a password only you control.

Files + timed share links

Upload PDFs, text, images, and video. Share with generated links that can require a password and expire on a timer.

Stunning HTML email templates

Transactional and marketing emails that look intentional in the inbox — not plain text walls. We design and code templates that match your brand and survive real email clients.

What makes email HTML different

Email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo) still behave like the early web. Modern CSS frameworks don’t “just work.” We build with table-based layouts, inline styles, safe fonts, and progressive enhancement so the message stays readable even when advanced CSS is stripped.

Brand-aligned design system

Colors, logo treatment, button styles, and typography pulled from your website so receipts, welcome messages, booking confirmations, and newsletters feel like the same company — not a generic ESP default.

Template types we commonly ship

  • Welcome / onboarding sequences
  • Booking & appointment confirmations
  • Invoices & payment receipts
  • Password reset & security alerts
  • Newsletters & product announcements
  • Abandoned inquiry / follow-up nudges

Deliverability-minded structure

Balanced text-to-image ratios, real alt text, clear unsubscribe/footer patterns where required, and plain-text alternatives. We avoid spammy patterns (misleading subjects, excessive ALL CAPS, deceptive link text) that hurt inbox placement.

Example: responsive email skeleton

Simplified illustration of the kind of bulletproof structure we use — nested tables, inline CSS, and a single-column mobile-friendly body.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<body style="margin:0;padding:0;background:#0a0a0f;">
  <table role="presentation" width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
    <tr>
      <td align="center" style="padding:32px 16px;">
        <table width="600" style="max-width:600px;background:#12121a;border-radius:16px;">
          <tr>
            <td style="padding:32px;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#e2e8f0;">
              <h1 style="margin:0 0 12px;font-size:22px;">Thanks for booking</h1>
              <p style="margin:0 0 24px;color:#94a3b8;line-height:1.5;">
                Your appointment is confirmed. Details below.
              </p>
              <a href="https://yourwebsite.com/dashboard"
                 style="display:inline-block;padding:12px 24px;background:#3b82f6;color:#fff;text-decoration:none;border-radius:8px;">
                View details
              </a>
            </td>
          </tr>
        </table>
      </td>
    </tr>
  </table>
</body>
</html>

Production templates also include MSO conditionals for Outlook, dark-mode considerations, and tested preheader text that shows beside the subject line.

Personal inbox dashboard

Receive mail at addresses on your domain and review it in a private web dashboard — gated by a secret password so only authorized people can open the inbox view.

Password protected

Secret access to your mail view

The dashboard is not a public page. Access requires authentication — a secret password (and session controls) so casual visitors to yourwebsite.com cannot browse your inbox. You decide who gets credentials; you can rotate access when staff change.

  • View messages addressed to [email protected]
  • Organized list with sender, subject, and time
  • Read pane for full message content
  • Protected by password — not listed for anonymous browsing

Secure file storage & share links

The same dashboard isn’t only for email. Upload documents and media, keep them in your space, and share on your terms — with optional passwords and automatic expiry timers.

Upload what you need

Store the files your business actually exchanges — not a random consumer drive dump.

  • PDF contracts, proposals, invoices
  • TXT / plain notes and exports
  • Pictures & brand assets
  • Videos for clients or internal review

Generated share links

Create a link for a specific file (or package) instead of attaching huge files to email. Recipients open the link in the browser — you keep the master copy in the dashboard.

Links are unique and under your control. Revoke access from the dashboard when a project ends.

Password-protect the link

Optional password on the share URL. Even if the link leaks in a chat thread, the file stays closed until the recipient enters the secret you shared out of band (call, SMS, or separate message).

Put it on a timer

Set an expiry — hours or days. When the timer hits zero, the link stops working. Ideal for proposals, temporary asset handoffs, and time-sensitive client deliveries without leaving permanent public URLs on the open web.

How a typical share flow works

  1. 1 Sign in to the password-protected dashboard on your domain.
  2. 2 Upload a PDF, image set, video, or text file to your storage area.
  3. 3 Click Share → generate link → optionally set password + expiry timer.
  4. 4 Send the link (and password separately if used). When time’s up or you revoke it, access ends.

Your domain. Your access. Your files.

Business email and the dashboard are configured around your website domain. Mail identity, template design, and file sharing rules are set up for your brand — aligned with how RegisterMySite builds sites you own, without trapping your customer conversations inside a random free mailbox you can’t brand.

Need in-person walkthrough of the dashboard in the LA / OC area? We can do on-site training as part of service calls — or guide your team remotely.
