These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, tools, and platforms provided by RegisterMySite.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to business email services, the Advanced Sending Dashboard, the AI HTML Editor, and free online tools. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service offered by RegisterMySite.com (including email services, the AI HTML Editor at ai.editor.registermysite.com, and free tools at registermysite.com/tools), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Business Email Address & Advanced Sending Dashboard

RegisterMySite.com provides professional business email addresses (e.g., [email protected]) and an Advanced Sending Dashboard that may include features such as bulk sending, templates, analytics, and related email management tools.

2.1 Email Storage & Data Location

Important: RegisterMySite.com does not store any emails or their content on its servers. All email messages and related content are stored solely on the client’s own domain name server (or the email hosting environment associated with the client’s domain). We act only as a configuration and management facilitator. We have no access to, and do not retain copies of, the content of your emails.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may use the business email service and Advanced Sending Dashboard only for legitimate business or personal communications that comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any form of commercial email that violates anti-spam laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, or equivalent regulations).
Use the service for phishing, fraud, harassment, or any illegal or harmful activity.
Send content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
Attempt to circumvent sending limits, authentication requirements (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), or security measures.
Use the service in a manner that harms our reputation, infrastructure, or other users.

2.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content sent through your business email accounts and the Advanced Sending Dashboard. You must maintain the security of your credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. AI HTML Editor (ai.editor.registermysite.com)

The AI HTML Editor is a tool that allows users to generate, edit, and refine HTML code and related web content with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

3.1 License & Access

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AI HTML Editor for your personal or internal business purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3.2 User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you input into or generate with the AI HTML Editor. You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring that any code or content you create or deploy complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and website policies.
Reviewing and testing all AI-generated output before use in production environments.
Not using the Editor to create malware, phishing pages, deceptive content, or any material that violates the law or the rights of others.

3.3 No Warranty on AI Output

AI-generated content is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, security, completeness, or fitness of any output produced by the AI HTML Editor. You use all generated content at your own risk.

4. Free Online Tools (registermysite.com/tools)

RegisterMySite.com offers various free online tools, including but not limited to:

PDF417 Barcode Generator
Bitcoin QR Code Generator
And all other tools currently or future-listed at registermysite.com/tools

4.1 Nature of the Tools

These tools are provided free of charge for convenience. They operate primarily client-side or process data only as needed to generate the requested output. We do not permanently store the data you enter into these tools on our servers beyond what is required to deliver the immediate result.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You may use the free tools only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use any tool to:

Generate codes or content that facilitate fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
Create misleading, deceptive, or harmful materials.
Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Overload, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the tools or our systems.

4.3 No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the tools or that generated codes/images will function correctly in every environment or scanner. Use of the tools is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

RegisterMySite.com, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, claims, or consequences arising from:

Your misuse or abuse of any service (including email, Advanced Sending Dashboard, AI HTML Editor, or free tools);
Any content you send, generate, store, or distribute using our services;
Any third-party claims resulting from your actions or content;
Email deliverability issues, spam complaints, blacklisting, or legal actions related to messages you send;
Any AI-generated code or content that contains errors, security vulnerabilities, or unlawful material;
Any malfunction, inaccuracy, or failure of the free online tools;
Loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

All services and tools are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RegisterMySite.com and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of any service or tool;
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;

Any third-party claim related to your activities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse, or if continued access poses risk to us, other users, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
